WHY DON’T YOU CAPITALIZE the superdiva?

I am a modest diva. I learn as I go. Since I am no expert, I don’t feel a need to capitalize my title.

 

ARE YOU A VEGAN?

In my house, yes.  Outside of my house, I am about 98% vegan. Eventually, I do hope to be 100% vegan.

 

WHY DO YOU KEEP TALKING ABOUT YOUR WORKING ON YOUR GIRLISH FIGURE AND SMALLER WAISTLINE?

In 2012, after being overweight for most of my life, I lost over 50 lbs. I workout 4-5 times a week and try to watch what I eat. I don’t believe in diets. I made a permanent lifestyle change. Just like I make a choice to be vegan everyday, I also make a choice to watch my caloric intake. Unless you eat fast food everyday, veganism will not make you thin. There really is no substitute for diet and exercise.

 

WHERE IS THE SALT?

High blood pressure runs in my family on both sides. No salt. The only reference to salt you’ll see is low sodium soy sauce and olives. I tend to use lime juice or lemon juice as a salt substitute.
